Responsible Gaming

Our Commitment

At StrikeTheStumps, we are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. While Rummy are games of skill, we recognize the importance of providing a safe and controlled environment for all participants.

Age Restrictions

Participation in our Rummy contests is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. We employ age verification measures and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

Warning Signs

Rummy should be entertaining and enjoyable. Be aware of these potential warning signs of problematic behavior:

  • Spending more time or money than intended
  • Neglecting work, family, or other responsibilities
  • Borrowing money to participate
  • Feeling anxious or irritable when not playing
  • Failed attempts to cut back or stop
  • Lying to others about participation

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need to take a break, we offer self-exclusion options:

  • Temporary Suspension: Take a break for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
  • Permanent Closure: Close your account indefinitely

During self-exclusion, you will not be able to deposit funds or enter contests. To initiate self-exclusion, contact support@strikethestumps.com.

Deposit Limits

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. These limits cannot be increased for 24 hours after setting.

Reality Check

Our platform includes optional reality check notifications that remind you how long you've been playing and your session activity.
